Training Manager Travel Process (BPO)

Job Overview

iEnergizer is looking for an experienced Training Manager with a strong travel-industry background and hands-on knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The role will lead training delivery for travel-related BPO operations, build process and product knowledge, and ensure that new hires and existing associates meet quality, customer-service, and operational performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for travel processes and GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar systems.
- Conduct induction, process, product, system, refresher, and upskilling training for new hires and existing associates.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer, process adherence, and compliance with client and business requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mock calls, feedback, certification results, and performance metrics.
- Identify learning gaps and implement coaching or retraining plans to improve performance, quality, and customer experience.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to align training content with process updates and business goals.
- Prepare and maintain training material, lesson plans, SOPs, knowledge resources, attendance records, and training reports.




- Lead, mentor, and support trainers; monitor delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in an airline, travel agency, or travel-process BPO environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in training delivery and people management; experience managing a training team is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO workplace and manage multiple priorities.
