Job Overview

We are looking for an L&D; Trainer with robust hands-on IT Recruitment experience to train and mentor freshers and existing IT recruiters.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience as an L&D; Trainer / Recruitment Trainer / HR Trainer.
- Strong hands-on experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
- Experience in training, mentoring or coaching IT recruiters.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, Boolean Search, interview coordination and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Kukatpally,



Hyderabad.

Important: Candidates must have both L&D;/Training experience and IT Recruitment experience. Profiles with only general L&D;, corporate training or soft-skills training experience will not be considered.
