We are hiring AR Callers for US Healthcare Process - Chennai Location.

Designation: AR Caller

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Job Role:

* Responsible for calling US Insurance companies (BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna) for claim status & follow-up.

* Working on denials like CO-50, CO-97, CO-96, CO-22 etc.

* Eligibility & Advantages Verification.

* Prior Authorization follow-up.

Desired Candidate:

* 0-2 Years of experience in US Medical Billing(Voice) / AR Calling / Denial Management.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

* Willing to work in US Night Shift (Fixed).

* Basic knowledge of US Healthcare RCM Cycle.

* Immediate Joiners Preferred (0-15 Days Notice).
