- Process non-motor claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

- Conduct thorough investigations into claimant's details, including verification of documents and evidence.

- Liaise with third parties such as solicitors, witnesses, medical professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to gather information.

- Analyze complex cases involving multiple factors and make sound decisions on liability and quantum.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the claims process.
