Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer transactions and services.

- Oversee retail liability products such as FDs, CASA, current accounts, and other deposit products.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales performance through effective team handling and leadership.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (BM).

- Solid understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Branch Operations, Branch Sales, Heading Branch, Team Handling, Liabilities management.

- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
