Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Conduct eye tests and dispense glasses/contact lenses as an optometrist.
- Handle team members to achieve retail sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display management, and store appearance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in optical sales or related field (optometry).
- B.Sc (Optometry) degree from a recognized institution.
