- Advanced knowledge of Java and the associated ecosystem, including Java 25, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Spring Boot and RESTful Web Services.
- Strong experience in software architecture, Agile methodologies, build systems and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, understand requirements and translate them into mathematical models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and graphical.
- Solid mathematical and numerical skills.
- Quantitative degree with commercial experience in implementing advanced algorithms.
- Good understanding of Computational Complexity Theory, including Big-O notation.
