Role Description

NoBroker is hiring dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (Seller BDA) to acquire and onboard property owners, generate leads through field visits, explain NoBroker services, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet potential property owners and customers through field visits and generate leads.

- Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.

- Explain NoBroker products, services, and premium subscription plans.

- Verify property details and ensure accurate listings.

- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.

- Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.

- Update daily sales activities and lead status in the CRM system.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant in field sales candidates can apply.

- Valuable communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.

- Willingness to work in a field sales role.

- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
