Position: ETLI - Inbound Process Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound queries via email and chat in a skilled and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
- Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Fresher or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in any field are welcome.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: 15,000 in-hand per month.

Work Schedule:

- Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Week Off: Sunday fixed off
