Role & responsibilities

1. Define and execute V&V; strategies, test plans, protocols, and automation frameworks. 2. Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and validation evidence. 3. Develop and maintain automated test solutions for functional and non-functional testing. 4. Collaborate with development, product, and quality teams to drive quality across the SDLC. 5. Build and maintain CI/CD-enabled test environments and automation infrastructure. 6. Perform validation of cloud-hosted and AI-enabled applications. 7. Generate test reports, validation evidence, and release readiness assessments. 8. Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 8 to 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in V&V;, test automation, or quality engineering. 2. Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, or similar. 3.



Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or C#. 4. Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks. 5. Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices. 6. Experience in functional, integration, regression, performance, and system testing. 7. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern test environments. 8. Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing and AI-enabled product validation. 9. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. 2. Experience validating AI/ML-enabled applications. 3. Exposure to industrial software, SCADA, or OT platforms. 4. ISTQB, Cloud, Kubernetes, or AI-related certifications. Education:
