Role & responsibilities

- Lead production activities across assigned lines/shops and ensure target achievement.
- Develop production schedules and monitor execution against plans.
- Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects for productivity and cost reduction.
- Manage shift operations, manpower planning, and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and Engineering teams.
- Lead root cause analysis using 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone, etc.
- Monitor plant KPIs and present performance reports to management.
- Ensure implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Mentor Production Executives, Supervisors, and Operators.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering)
- Experience: 3-8 Years
- Production Executive: 3-6 Years
- Sr. Executive Production: 6-10 Years
- Preferred Industry: Automotive Manufacturing, Bus Body, Sheet Metal, Weld Shop, Assembly, Fabrication
