Aarvi Encon is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our Kolkata team.

Experience: 1-5 Years
Industry: Staffing & Recruitment
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email & other channels
• Identify new business opportunities and schedule client meetings
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads, proposals and business closures
• Maintain sales trackers, CRM and regular MIS reports

Required Skills:
Similar industry experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Services, Engineering Services or B2B Sales
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Lead generation & client handling experience
Target-oriented and proactive approach
