- Provide strategic guidance on IP portfolio management, litigation, and licensing agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing effective intellectual property strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and opportunities related to intellectual property rights, providing recommendations for mitigation or exploitation.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, including law firms, consultants, and other industry experts.
Job Requirements :
- 14-25 years of experience in Media & entertainment sector as a Senior Legal Counsel or similar role.
- Solid expertise in IP management, litigation management, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams remotely.
