A 7+ year Learning & Talent Management skilled who can independently own the complete Learning lifecycle and Talent Management cycle, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate business priorities into capability-building, talent development and succession outcomes
This is a 50:50 Learning and Talent Management role. Candidates should have demonstrated end-to-end ownership in both areas rather than depth in one and exposure to the other.
Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience across Learning and Talent Management.
- Demonstrated hands-on ownership of the complete Learning lifecycle.
- Demonstrated hands-on ownership of the complete Talent Management cycle, preferably including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning.
Key Responsibilities
A. Learning & Development 30%
Own the end-to-end Learning lifecycle, from identifying capability needs to measuring business impact.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand current and future capability requirements.
- Design learning journeys across leadership, functional, behavioural and future-ready capabilities.
- Own end-to-end programme execution including:
- Vendor/facilitator identification
- Content and intervention design
- Participant identification
- Calendar and logistics
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Feedback and evaluation
- Manage external learning partners, consultants and facilitators.
B. Talent Management — 70%
Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Management cycle, from talent identification to development and succession readiness.
- Translate business strategy and workforce priorities into a structured talent agenda.
- Build and continuously enhance frameworks for talent identification, potential assessment, succession and development.
- Drive the annual Talent Review process across functions/businesses.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive end to end Talent Management cycle.
- Translate talent review outcomes into actionable Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Facilitate career conversations for identified talent and potential successors.
- Develop talent dashboards covering talent segments, succession coverage, readiness, development actions and talent movement.
- Identify talent risks and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely closure and governance of talent actions.
