- Handle QA/QC activities for major projects, including project-specific checklists, method statements, mock-ups and inspections.
- Conduct Project Quality Audits (PQA), site inspections and monitor NCR closure within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, Vendor, Client and Third-Party Labs for quality-related matters.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for leakage and quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Monitor client complaints, material quality issues and repair work progress.
- Conduct quality reviews, prepare OAAP reports and ensure corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct QA/QC training, assessments and refresher sessions for site teams.
- Lead and guide Engineer QA/QC teams and conduct regular quality review meetings.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of project quality, site inspection, site quality, method statement preparation, mockups creation.
- Experience in handling client audits and conducting quality audits.
