About the Role

Lenskart is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Director to lead one of our premium-format stores in Mumbai.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in Premium / Luxury Retail who have demonstrated success in managing high-value stores, driving business performance, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall P&L;, sales, revenue and operational performance of the store.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, conversion, ATV, UPT and other key business KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Deliver an exceptional premium customer experience through strong client engagement and relationship management.
- Drive CRM, clienteling and repeat business initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence.
- Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
- Manage inventory, compliance,



audit and day-to-day store operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities within the catchment and drive local store initiatives.
- Develop future leaders and create a strong performance-driven store culture.

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of overall experience in Retail, preferably in Premium / Luxury Retail.
- Robust experience managing premium-brand stores / large-format stores.
- Proven experience in Store Management / Store Director / Store Head / Business Manager roles.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team-handling and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of sales, KPIs, customer experience, CRM and clienteling.
- Excellent communication, people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Candidates should have experience with Premium / Luxury brands only.

Candidates from Premium / Luxury Retail brands only

Candidates from relevant premium brands with strong store leadership and business ownership experience will be preferred.
