Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to manage day-to-day floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order preparation.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Train and guide Stewards/Floor Members on service standards.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations.




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support billing and cash-handling procedures when required.
- Help achieve restaurant sales and service targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 24 years in F&B;/Restaurant Operations.
- Hospitality/F&B; background is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Good team-handling and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and qualified.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
