Required Skills & Experience • 510+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. • Experience working in CRM, SalesTech, Revenue Intelligence, or Customer Engagement platforms. • Proven track record of launching products from 01 and scaling them successfully. • Robust understanding of product discovery and customer-centric design. • Experience improving product adoption, activation, and customer retention. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Ability to prioritize using business impact and customer value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, and Data teams.
Preferred Qualifications • MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field. • Experience with AI-powered SaaS platforms. • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise sales workflows. • Exposure to product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, GA4, or similar. • Experience working in high-growth product organizations.
