Core Focus: End-to-end Blue-Collar Management (Payroll, Compliance, Admin)

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

- End-to-end Payroll: Process monthly wages for 700+ blue-collar staff (on-roll contractual).
- Attendance: Manage biometric/muster logs and handle complex OT calculations.
- Lifecycle: Manage onboarding (appointment letters) to exits (Full Final within 48 hours).

Statutory Compliance

- PF/ESIC/PT: Monthly challan generation, ECR filing, and member registration.
- LWF: Handling half-yearly Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF) submissions.
- Registers: Maintain mandatory Form A, B, C, and D under the Current Labour Codes 2026.
- Audits: Coordinate with Labour Inspectors for Factory/Shop Act inspections.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience:



4-5 years specifically in Blue-Collar/Industrial HR.
- Technical: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots) + Knowledge of the 50% Basic Pay Rule.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory for worker interaction.
- Proximity: Candidates residing between Borivali and Andheri will be preferred.
