- Manage IT projects from requirements to implementation and postgolive support.
- Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA.
- Drive vendor management: evaluation, onboarding, performance, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure regulatory and security compliance (RBI/IRDAI/SEBI).
- Handle UAT/SIT cycles, defect tracking, and project documentation.
- Manage project reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of BFSI systems (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, Digital Platforms, etc.).
- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
