Role Overview-
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices and a strong understanding of backend application development.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and microservices while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Good experience with Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and backend development
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals
- Experience in developing and integrating backend services
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Contribute to application performance, scalability, and reliability improvements
Candidate Profile
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience in Java backend development
- Robust programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts
- Hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot + Microservices
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a 5-day WFO workplace
