- Valuable understanding of the Mainframe Operations, CA7, Control M, Balancing and Scheduling, Java, Elastic search and Kibana: Application health, system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring.
- Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting critical systems.
- Working knowledge of any 5 of this software: Mainframe, Dynatrace, Tivoli, SiteScope, FireEye, McAfee EPO, Meraki, SCOM, NNM, SPLUNK, ServiceNow, and OMi event manager.
- Open to work in different shifts.
