Role & responsibilities
- To develop Foreign Exchange business for the branch (Sales and Marketing)
- Ensure that the branch's target for both top and bottom line are achieved.
- To develop and add current relationship for corporate and travel business.
- To monitor, review and assess branch on profitability and qualitative analysis.
- To conduct sales training programs and outdoor activities to build brand and size of volume.
- To ensure that the branch is running as per regulatory compliances and monthly MIS reporting to Head Office.
- To ensure debtor collections from the clients, co-ordination with CTO for TCCard settlement.
- Cross selling / Leads for Insurance and Investments
- Bank Purchase (Currency & TC)
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Forex, Banking, Fintech or Financial Services Industry
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation
