Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead and manage our recruitment team and drive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Manage recruitment targets, TAT and team performance.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
- Monitor candidate quality, interviews, offers and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
- Train recruiters and improve sourcing and closure strategies.
