We are currently hiring for a Business Development Manager Construction Finance. The role involves generating business from developers and builders by providing them with funding solutions.

Position : Business Development Manager-Construction Finance
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai( No relocation Candidates)

Function: Construction Finance

Experience: 2-10 years (Construction Finance/ Real Estate funding)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business and build strong relationships with real estate developers/promoters.
- Source and structure construction finance and structured lending transactions.
- Identify current developers and business opportunities across relevant real estate markets.
- Manage existing portfolio and ensure customer retention and portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal,



Technical and Operations teams for transaction closure.
- Ensure adherence to internal lending guidelines, regulatory requirements and asset-quality parameters.
- Monitor project and developer performance, cash flows and key risk parameters.
- Drive revenue through appropriate product structuring and cross-selling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Lending / Mid Corporate/Large Corporate.
- Strong relationships with real estate developers, promoters and CFOs.
- Strong business development, deal structuring and stakeholder management skills.
