Eligibility
- Only B.Sc. & B pharmacy / Life Science background candidates
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Willingness to work in a voice-based process
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies
- Follow up on pending, unpaid & denied claims
- Check claim status, eligibility & payment details
- Understand and follow up on denials/rejections
- Maintain accurate call and claim documentation
