Role: ServiceNow Integration Developer (in ServiceNow)

Core Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Active Directory).
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Create and manage REST/SOAP APIs for secure data exchange.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and normalization between systems.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for integrations.
- Conduct testing and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, and developers for integration requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM, Configuration Management Database, Service Catalog).
- Integration technologies:
- IntegrationHub
- REST / SOAP APIs
- JSON / XML

- JavaScript and GlideScript for ServiceNow scripting.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

Nice-to-Have

- Middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS or IntegrationHub micro-certifications).
