Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures related to background verification, employee data management, and HR miscellaneous tasks.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.

- Analyze workforce planning needs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist). Should be an immediate joiner.

- B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Development or equivalent qualification.

- Solid understanding of HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
