Objective of the Role

To drive sustainable business growth by identifying, developing and converting strategic opportunities across the Infrastructure, Tunnelling and Building segments. The role will focus on engaging key customers, government and semi-government bodies, consultants, architects, project management consultants and other key decision-makers to secure product approvals, specifications and project opportunities, while building a solid opportunity pipeline and supporting the sales team in converting identified opportunities into profitable business.

Competencies-

- Good understanding of construction chemicals, waterproofing, concrete repair, injection systems, concrete technologies and/or tunnelling solutions, along with commercial awareness

- Experience working with consultants,



architects, government departments and approval authorities

- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, particularly for technical presentations and senior-level meeting

- Disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management, follow-ups and coordination with internal sales team

- High field orientation, ownership and ability to independently plan stakeholder visits and follow through over long project cycles

- Strong ability to understand the ecosystem of large projectsowner, consultant, PMC, EPC contractor, specialist contractor, applicator and procurement teams.

Special Working Conditions :- Extensive Traveling required. Person should be self motivated to excel in this role.

Main interactions of the role :- Government Authorities, Consultants and Specifiers, Key Accounts, Sales and technical Team.

Education Qualification: BE Civil/Chemical, MBA will be an added advantage.
