Chemical Engineers required for Turnaround 2026 at BPCL Mumbai Refinery, Mahul.
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations (Operations role) or in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industry (Technology role)
- Should have worked in at least 2 turnarounds
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pre- and post-cleaning inspection of process equipment, with observations and recommendations
- Certify installation of column trays, packings, demisters and vessel filters
- Supervise catalyst / chemical loading and unloading
- Supervise heater mechanical pigging
- Certify equipment before final box-up
- Maintain stage-wise inspection documents and shift logbooks
- Coordinate with the execution contractor and BPCL Maintenance, Inspection, Technology, Operations and Safety teams
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance
