We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Ninja to join Delco Chefs. This role is ideal for graduates and early-career professionals who want to build strong sales and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Introduce customers to Delco Chefs and its services.
- Generate leads and build/manage your sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and move conversations toward conversion.
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations.
- Close sales and ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
- Take ownership of your targets, follow-ups and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Confident, intelligent and customer-oriented approach.
- Hunger to learn, strong work ethic and resilience.
- Ability to think on your feet and take ownership.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is not mandatory.
