Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management: Manage and monitor daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth business operations and availability of funds for all financial obligations
- Banking Operations: Handle end-to-end banking activities, including payments, receipts, reconciliations, and maintaining relationships with banking partners
- Financial Record Keeping & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and consultants for smooth financial operations
- Financial Closures: Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books along with proper documentation and audit readiness.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Qualification: MBA in Finance / CA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Zoho
- Good understanding of cash flow management and banking operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
