BloomchemAG is strengthening its international supply chain team and is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Supply Chain (International Logistics) to lead end-to-end chemical logistics across Asia and Europe.

This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO/business head, with ownership across international logistics, sourcing, customs, hazardous chemical storage, ISO tank operations, customer service and supply-chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end Asia-to-Europe supply chain operations
. Manage ocean freight, import logistics, customs clearance and last-mile delivery
. Oversee ISO tank / bulk chemical transportation, including a fleet of approximately 150 tanks/containers
. Handle FOB China procurement and imports
. Ensure safe and compliant hazardous chemical storage and transportation
. Drive supply-chain KPIs, landed-cost optimization and working-capital improvement
. Strengthen customer service, visibility and delivery reliability across European markets
. Drive Salesforce-based supply-chain visibility, dashboards and digital transformation
. Ensure alignment with European chemical regulations including REACH and CLP
.



Lead strategic relationships with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for professionals with 4–12 years of progressive experience in:
Chemical distribution / specialty chemicals
International supply chain & logistics
Asia-to-Europe trade lanes
Hazardous and bulk chemical logistics
ISO tank / container operations
Ocean freight and import customs clearance
FOB China procurement & imports
ERP / Salesforce / supply-chain analytics

A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, business acumen and operational leadership are essential.

Candidates based in Delhi-NCR, or willing to relocate, will be preferred. A notice period of up to 2 weeks is preferred.
