* Experience: 1 to 3 years as FMCG/personal-care/oral-care/beauty promoter in modern trade

* Preferred store experience: Reliance Smart/Smart Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart, DMart or similar supermarket/hypermarket

* Language: Valuable conversational Hindi; basic English

* Personality: Presentable, energetic, smiling, confident and comfortable approaching shoppers rather than waiting for them

* Core job: Approach relevant customers, introduce RestoSmile in 10 to 15 seconds, explain 3-in-1 sensitivity prevention, visible whitening and enamel care, offer/encourage trial where permitted, and ask for the purchase

* Critical requirement: Must have actual selling ability. Previous promoter experience alone is insufficient.

* Daily reporting: Footfall approached meaningful conversations samples/trials units sold conversion %

* My preferred candidate is actually someone who has sold toothpaste, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, health/wellness or another demonstrable FMCG product inside a supermarket. She already understands how to stop a customer politely, explain a benefit quickly and ask for the sale.

* Working: Full store shift, six days/week, same outlet

* Compensation : Salary plus incentive
