Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10-20 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Angular, React, and Kafka, with hands-on experience in building scalable microservices, modern web applications, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
- Develop scalable and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular and/or React.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

- 10-20 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular (8+)



and/or React.js.
- Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and messaging systems.
- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
