5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a robust background in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions and will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HCM, Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management solutions. Design and implement HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet compliance standards. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on system functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and optimization of implemented solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.



Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the solutions remain competitive and innovative. Document solution architecture, design decisions, and implementation processes for future reference. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions. Strong understanding of Payroll, Personal calculation Rule, Schema, Time Management, and Travel Management processes. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders. Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing client relationships. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud based HCM solutions. Knowledge of integration techniques with other enterprise systems. Experience with project management methodologies. Certifications in HCM or related fields. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in solution architecture, specifically in HCM and related domains.
