Job Responsibilities:

- Handle site execution of building construction projects.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, measurements and quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports.
- Check quantities, material requirements and work completion.
- Coordinate with project team for timely execution.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of billing, BOQ and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in building projects.
