Role & responsibilities :

- Manage procurement of civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, MEP and other construction materials.
- Source and develop reliable vendors/suppliers and maintain strong market relationships.
- Float enquiries, collect quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Planning, Stores and Finance teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor orders, deliveries and pending supplies to avoid project delays.
- Conduct rate analysis, market surveys and cost-saving initiatives.
- Resolve vendor/material-related issues and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation and procurement MIS/ERP.





Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong knowledge of construction and real estate procurement.
- Good understanding of BOQ, specifications, material requirements and construction processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of construction material suppliers and markets in Delhi/NCR.
- Experience in rate comparison, cost negotiation and commercial evaluation.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
