About the Opportunity

Tattva Aventa Global Consulting Pvt Ltd works closely with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to help them build stronger, more competitive and better-run businesses. We do this by improving the way these enterprises manage their processes, their operations and their day-to-day performance the discipline of business excellence and business process management.

We are actively looking for freshers and early-career talent who want to build a career in this field. You do not need years of industry experience to begin. What matters is curiosity, a structured way of thinking and a willingness to learn. Selected candidates are inducted, trained and upskilled under the guidance of our seasoned subject-matter experts, consultants and advisors, who bring experience from a wide range of industries. Over time you will learn first-hand and on real assignments how best-in-class businesses are built through a strategic and systematic approach.

About the Role

As an Engineer Process Excellence (MSME), you work with our consulting teams to visit MSME units, understand how they operate, and help them improve their processes, efficiency and overall performance. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may support senior consultants on live projects or take ownership of engagements yourself. It is a hands-on, field-oriented role that gives you exposure to real manufacturing and business environments across many industries.

This single profile covers three candidate bands. Applicants are considered and placed into the band that best matches their qualifications, credentials, experience and aptitude. A candidate who shows exceptional aptitude may be placed a band higher than their years of experience alone would suggest.

Candidate Bands

The table below sets out the three bands, who each is intended for, the indicative compensation and the focus of the role at that level.

Band 1

Process Excellence Trainee

(Intern)

Final-year students or recent graduates BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics) or Diploma (Mechanical).

Fresher; no prior industry experience required.

Academic exposure to industrial engineering or process concepts is a plus.

6-month internship with a pathway to a full-time offer on performance.

Learn on the job alongside senior consultants; support unit studies, data collection and improvement projects.

Band 2

Associate Engineer Process Excellence

Fresh graduates ready for a full-time role, or Band 1 trainees converted after a strong internship.

0-2 years of exposure, or demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and process thinking.

BE / B.Tech or Diploma in an engineering discipline.

Full-time, with a defined path to Band 3.

Own smaller assignments with guidance; contribute to diagnostics, documentation and improvement roll-outs.

Band 3

Engineer Process Excellence

BE / B.Tech with 2-3 years of relevant experience, OR Diploma engineers with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on exposure to process improvement, operations or business excellence in a manufacturing / engineering setting.

Practitioner-level training or credentials in business excellence are an advantage.

Full-time; client-facing ownership.

Independently lead client engagements end-to-end and mentor trainees / associates on the same projects.

Responsibilities grow with each band. Trainees and associates carry these out with guidance and support; at Band 3 you own them independently and guide others.
