Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage US /Canada Payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Coordinate with HR teams to gather employee data and ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll runs, including preparing reports and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
