Job Title: India Statutory Compliance Associate / Executive / Sr. Process Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing India Statutory Compliance activities, including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely compliance and reporting.
- Support audits, filings, and documentation related to statutory compliances.
- Handle stakeholder management effectively across internal departments and external partners.
- Be open to travel across PAN India for compliance audits, inspections, or liaison work.
- Maintain and update records using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Bring in innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to simplify processes and improve compliance efficiency.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Sound understanding of India payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- High ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
