Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 6 years of SAP Vistex Support experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Vendor Rebates, Customer Rebates, Chargebacks, Claims, Pricing, Pricing Catalogs, Membership & Eligibility, Pharma Billing, and Agreements.
- Experience working with SAP Vistex integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid production support and incident management experience.
- Hands-on experience in ticket triage, issue resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Understanding of business processes and process optimization in Vistex environments
