Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) team to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using IVR systems.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of RCM processes, including denial management and appeal procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
