Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical MEP systems related to underground metro stations.
- Prepare BIM models and layouts for TVS and VAC systems as per project requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical services with civil, structural, electrical, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, sections, and layouts from BIM models.
- Review design drawings and identify clashes and constructability issues.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using BIM tools and resolve design conflicts.
- Support site execution teams with updated BIM drawings and technical inputs.
- Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for design modifications and technical clarifications.
- Update BIM models based on site changes and as-built requirements.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide necessary design inputs.
- Ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables as per project schedules.
