Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to own the complete sales cycle for our EV Charging Station Products and Franchise Business, from lead generation to project handover. You will be the single point of contact for your customers and will work closely with our Administration, Technical and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through field visits, references, digital campaigns, exhibitions and networking
- Promote EV charging station products and franchise opportunities to prospective customers
- Meet customers, conduct site visits, understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals as per company pricing guidelines
- Follow up consistently until sales closure
- Coordinate documentation, agreements and payment collection with the Administration team




- Coordinate with the Technical and Operations team for installation and project execution
- Stay in touch with customers until commissioning, handover and post-sales follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, meetings and project status in the Google Sheet tracker
- Submit daily sales reports before close of business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in B2B / solution sales, preferably in EV, energy, infrastructure or franchise sales
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and accountable for end-to-end ownership
- Disciplined in reporting and comfortable working with Google Sheets
- Willing to travel anywhere within Tamil Nadu, and outside the state when required
