- To coordinate with the Planning & Sales Team to receive customer demand forecasts with accuracy
- Releasing the forecast and purchase orders to suppliers based on demand and lead time.
- Rescheduling supplier delivery schedules based on customer demand fluctuations and business requirements to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Following up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Monitoring supplier commitments and ensuring on-time dispatch of materials.
- Coordinating with forwarders for shipment booking and logistics arrangements.
- Tracking air and sea shipments until arrival and ensuring smooth material movement.
- Reviewing pre-alert and shipping documents shared by forwarders and coordinating with the Customs House Agent for customs clearance activities.
- Verifying the Customs House Agent checklist and ensuring timely completion of import clearance processes.
- Following up until material delivery, GRN completion, and supplier payment processing.
- Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, forwarders, the Customs House Agent, and internal teams for uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal teams to maintain optimum stock availability and avoid shortages.
- Coordinating and implementing 4M changes, ECN (Engineering Change Notice), and EOP (End of Production) activities with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and material transition.
