- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment plans.
- Identify and address root causes of denials by analyzing EOBs (Explanation of Perks) and working with patients/insurance companies.
- Process payments over the phone or through electronic means while maintaining accurate records.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in AR Calling, RCM, or Voice Processing for US Healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including claims submission and payment posting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients/insurance companies via phone/email.
