Job Summary

Schima Sysnet and Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

The role involves promoting IT solutions and services such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, software, hardware, and managed IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and business development skills, along with relevant experience in IT sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business and IT requirements.
- Promote and sell IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and managed IT services.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper coordination with internal teams after order closure.
