Are you ready to transform HR data into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy? Trimble is seeking an analytical problem-solver to design, optimize, and scale our Workday reporting ecosystem, helping our leaders make data-driven decisions that impact teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain high-impact Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite formats.
- Create and configure complex calculated fields to translate intricate business logic into reliable, scalable data outputs.
- Enhance specialized Workday tools, such as the Manager Insights Hub and Career Hub, to deliver a highly customized experience for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and optimize report performance, resolving data gaps and validating accuracy during system updates and data transfers.
- Apply strict security domains, data privacy controls, and sharing restrictions to safeguard confidential workforce information.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex solutions in Workday Reporting.
- Deep proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer,



business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture.
- Proven capability creating advanced calculated fields and executing multi-layered data analysis.
- Solid foundational knowledge of HRIS and HCM business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Points For

- Experience working directly within a specialized People Analytics or HR technology environment.
- Hands-on exposure to advanced BI and data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.
- Strong Excel skills, including expert-level knowledge of pivot tables and advanced lookup techniques.
