Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform Scan-to-BIM and CAD-to-BIM modelling (with/without Measurement)
- Produce construction drawings, sheets, schedules, and documentation.
- Create and modify Revit families.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models in AS, MEP.
- Follow company BIM standards and client requirements.
- Participate in quality checks and resolve modelling issues.

Deliver assigned tasks within project schedules with highest quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Scan-to-BIM (using Point Cloud)
- CAD-to-BIM (using Engineering Drawing)
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) operations
- Navisworks
- Clash Detection
- Dynamo
- Revit Family Creation
